< working / commission process >

>> The customer(you), will recieve a draft sketch for approval. If the draft sketch is not to your satisfaction or liking, please specify or highlight the following changes you want to make to the rough draft that was sent to you.>>Please do not ask for an excessive amount of edits, I dont want a spam list of changes you want every second or minute, be decisive and sure with the changes you want to the sketch, and try your best to send them all in one message or text.>>Large or significant edits are only allowed during the rough sketch phase of the commission process. This includes, but is not limited to, body angle, head angle, camera angle, outfit, character positions, complex character poses, etc.>>You are at fault for not mentioning any specific or significant changes during the sketch phase of the commission, unless I accidentally overlook your requests, in which I will make the requested changes you ask for.>>If you want to check in regularly for the process, I will comply; unless these requests for progress are obsessive and rushing me, or if they are rude.

< payment proccess >

>> I can only accept USD, and US currency. Payment can be recieved via Paypal , or through CashApp.>> Due to a risk of scamming, 50% MUST be payed upfront and the other 50% only AFTER I've fully completed your commission. Or full price before the final product is sent.>> Your order will be canceled if you fail to pay the second half of the price within a given 48 hour time frame. No refunds.>> you will be FULLY refunded if I am unable to complete your order.>> There is a 50$ fee If you want your art to be exclusively private, and to not be posted publicly, used for my portfolio, or printed. Please specify immediately after your order if you want your commisioned art piece to be exclusive.

< Other terms and boundaries >

>> Commission time frame can include but is not limited to, days, weeks, or months; depending on the complexity of the commission.>> I cannot provide a physical print or piece of the commission, only the digital raw file of the ordered commission will be provided to the customer.>> I have the right to reject a commission if the order makes me uncomfortable in any way, no questions asked.>> I do not do full on sexual, explicit, NSFW orders. I only create semi-lewd commissions if it is part of your order, nothing explicit, or highly questionable/suggestive.>> if you’re unable to give proper references or files I'm allowed to modify or remove details such as complex patterns. I will charge extra for extreme or high details in the design.>> I only work with finished character designs, not descriptions. I only utilize written descriptions for design commissions>> If something happens and you want to cancel your slot on the waitlist, feel free to let me know and I'll remove your slot from the list.>> it is your responsibility to save the commission within a week of receiving the final commission. In case you’re unable to do so, please let me know as soon as possible. My equipment limits me from saving too many files at once, so any lost files that weren’t saved within 1-2 weeks are the responsibility of the customer and therefore won’t be refunded.

DOING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WILL RESULT IN A BLOCK ON ALL SOCIALS AND YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED FOR ANY OTHER FUTURE COMISSIONS.>> I will NOT comply with a request to make any kind of NFT. DO NOT USE MY ART FOR COMMERCIAL USE, OR FOR NFT'S>> Personal use commissions require proper credit to me, DO NOT take credit for the commission you ordered from me, and please provide proper credentials of me when posting my art on other sites.>> Dont use my art or personal comissions for commercial use this means putting it on merchandise, products, business logos, twitch emotes, etc.>> Utilizing the commissioned artwork for hate speech, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism, ageism, or other hateful propaganda.

>>Website banners, logos, designs, for your business.>> Twitch emotes, or emotes for other socials/streaming platforms.>>Other images that will be used in your business materials
(branding, business cards, flyers, takeaways, etc.)>>Works that will be licensed for resale, such as apparel, merchandise, prints, etc.>>Illustrations or character designs for games, books, entertainment, and other visual media.>>Corporate collaborations via social media.If you are unsure about whether or not your concept qualifies as a commission for commerce, please consult with me personally for more information!! <3

None of my preexisting designs can be used for commercial purpose without a contract and explicit consent.
